Private, warm, and built for women over 40
A thinking partner for women over 40.
Whatever is on your mind — family, work, money, health, friendships, what you want next, or just today — a private place to think it through and reach your own conclusions. Replies are generated by AI; the thinking stays yours.
Not a chatbot that agrees with everything, and not therapy. The Companion thinks with you, not for you — so you leave knowing what you think.
Hi Fran. I'm your thinking partner today. What's on your mind?
Dad's moving into care next month and everyone keeps asking what I think. I'm not sure I know.
That's a big shift, and it sounds like you've been the one holding everyone else's questions. Before anyone else's view — when you picture the move actually happening, what do you notice first?
Whatever is on your mind
Different conversations, inside the same life.
Not generic wellness. Not a productivity app. Not a leadership programme. A thinking partner for real life, held privately, at your pace.
Family, friendship and caring
A parent who needs more help, a friendship that's gone quiet, adult children finding their feet — room for the people in your life without turning any of it into a project.
Money, retirement and what you want it for
Think through a financial choice or what retirement should actually look like for you. Context and clarity, never investment advice.
Health, energy and the body you live in
Space to think about energy, sleep, perimenopause or a diagnosis you're absorbing — as part of your life, not a symptom list. Never a diagnosis or treatment.
Finding the words
When you need to say something to a brother, a partner, a friend, a doctor or a colleague — get a draft that sounds like you, and change it.
Work, business, travel — whatever is next
A bigger role or stepping back, a business you'd like to start, a trip you keep talking yourself out of, or what you want more of. A small turn counts as much as a big one.
Ordinary days and good ones
Something good you want to take in properly, a decision that's just practical, or a day you'd simply like to be heard about. No growth outcome required.
How it starts
One open question. No menu.
You don't choose a topic, a category or a goal first. You say what's on your mind and the conversation works out what kind of help is useful from there — being heard, thinking it through, finding words, or a small step if you want one.
Hi.I'm your thinking partner today. What's on your mind?
The opening you'll see, with your first name if you've given one.
What a conversation can be
No set script. One conversation can be enough.
Some conversations are just one of these. Most are a mix, in whatever order the day needs. None of them is a stage you have to reach.
Be heard
Say it as it is. Being heard properly is a complete outcome; nothing else needs to follow.
Think it through
Sort what you know from what you're reading into it, and hear another angle when one helps.
Find the words
When you want wording for a real conversation, get a draft you can change — not a lecture first.
Reach your own conclusion
Sometimes that's a step you choose. Sometimes it's deciding not to act. Either way, you know what you think.
Whole woman, whole life
You don't need to be in crisis, or reinventing yourself, to belong here.
You've spent years holding a lot together, and other people probably rely on you. Your experience is an asset. You're allowed to want more, to pause, to change direction, or to keep exactly what already works.
The Companion is for the whole of life — family, health, friendship, money, work if that's your world, change, grief or a good day — in a private space that's always yours. It helps you think; it does not tell you how to live.
“Founder reflections will live here — a human voice threaded through the companion.”Founder voice — placeholder for future founder-led content.
- It thinks with you, not for you.
- Being heard can be the whole conversation.
- Your life experience is an asset.
- You are allowed to want more, and to be tired.
- You are allowed to pause, or to change direction.
- Deciding not to act is a real decision.
Privacy & safety
Private like a journal. Safe enough to trust.
What you share here is sensitive, and we treat it that way. Privacy and safety are product features — not fine print.
Read about your data & controlsSafety, before and after
A safety layer runs before and after every response. Serious concerns are met with support and a gentle redirect — never harmful detail.
You control your memory
See, edit, pause or delete what's remembered. Export or delete your data whenever you choose.
No dependency by design
It encourages your agency and real-world connection — it will never tell you it's all you need.
Never for sale
Your reflections are yours. We don't sell them, and we don't build creepy profiles of you.
Questions, answered plainly.
The things women most often want to know before they begin.
Is this therapy?
No. The Companion is a thinking partner: a private place to think through whatever is on your mind. It is not therapy, medical care or a crisis service, and it never diagnoses. If something serious comes up, it will say so plainly and point you toward the right real-world support.
Who is it for?
Women over 40, whatever is on your mind: family, friendships, caring for someone, money, health and energy, work or a business, what you want next, or just an ordinary day. It assumes you are capable and experienced, and it doesn't assume you are in crisis or in the middle of reinventing yourself.
Do I have to choose a topic or a mode first?
No. You start by writing whatever is on your mind. There are optional ways of listening if you ever want one, but plain conversation works for anything, and you can change the subject whenever you like.
Am I talking to an AI?
Yes. Replies are generated by an AI model from what you write, and the product says so clearly rather than pretending to be a person. It is not a person or a replacement for professional support. See our privacy policy for information about your data.
Is what I share private?
Your reflections and journal entries are treated as sensitive personal data. You can see, edit, pause and delete what the companion remembers, and export or delete your data. We never sell your reflections.
Will it remember our conversations?
You can view, edit, pause or clear remembered information in Memory. These controls are separate from saved conversations, which remain in your conversation history.
Does it just agree with everything I say?
No. It reflects honestly, offers another angle when one is useful, and will gently question an assumption that deserves it. It is designed to support your own judgement, not to flatter you or build dependency.
What does it cost?
There's a free tier to begin with. Paid tiers are planned but billing is not live; see the pricing page for the intended shape.
Whatever is on your mind deserves a quieter, wiser kind of thinking space.
